How does payment work? +
A 50% deposit is due to begin work, with the remaining 50% due once your site is live and you've approved it. No payments are taken automatically — you're always in control.
How many changes are included? +
One initial draft is built from the information you give us, plus one full round of revisions is included free of charge. Further rounds beyond that are charged at £50 per round.
Do I need the ongoing management option? +
No — it's entirely optional. Once your site is live it's yours, and you're free to leave it exactly as is. Some clients prefer not to think about hosting renewals or updates, which is what the optional monthly add-on is for.
How long does it take to get the site live? +
Usually within 5–7 working days of receiving all the information and materials we need from you. We'll get in touch with a simple form to collect everything — services, photos, contact details — and take it from there.
Do I own the website? +
Yes. Once paid in full, the website, domain and all content are yours outright. There's no ongoing obligation or subscription unless you separately choose the optional management add-on.
What if I want to cancel after paying the deposit? +
If you cancel before any work has started, your deposit is refunded in full. Once work has begun, the deposit covers the time already spent and is non-refundable.
